30-day returns, for any reason
You may return an item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
- Email hello@azulon.store with your order number.
- We will send return instructions and an address.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or refund — return shipping is on us.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
