These terms and conditions set out the rules for using the AZULON website (azulon.store) and for buying products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, email us at hello@azulon.store before ordering.

1. About us

AZULON is a trading name of Lunar Retail Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12893149, with its registered office at 19 Harley Street, London W1G 9QJ. We sell ultrasonic essential-oil diffusers and related products through this website. You can reach us at hello@azulon.store for any questions about your order, our products or these terms.

2. Placing an order

When you place an order you are offering to buy the product at the price shown. We will send an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted, at which point a contract is formed between us. We may decline an order — for example if the product is out of stock or there has been a pricing error — and if we do, we will refund any payment in full.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free on every order, so the price you see is the price you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout, and we do not store your full card details. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will let you know before dispatch and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

4. Shipping & delivery

Orders placed before 5pm are dispatched the same day and sent for next-day delivery; orders placed after 5pm are dispatched the next working day. Full details are on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates and, while we work hard to meet them, they are not guaranteed.

5. Returns & refunds

You may return an item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, for any reason. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. See our Refund & Returns page for how to start a return.

6. Using your diffuser safely

AZULON diffusers are for household use only. Please follow the instructions provided with your product — use clean water, only pure essential oils, and do not run the unit without water. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unsuitable oils or failure to follow the care instructions.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the AZULON name, logo, text, and images — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

8. Our liability

We take care to describe our products accurately and to deliver them in good condition. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.

9. Governing law & your rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. None of these terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to your purchase.
